Alex has a passion for building high-performing learning organizations and thrives when collaborating with diverse stakeholders to align business needs with practical solutions.

Alex graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and holds a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Western Michigan University. Alex holds designations as an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Professional Scrum Master.
