Andy is the President at MSI. He specializes in organizational redesign, program evaluation, strategic planning, strategic communication, and performance management. In addition to his 15 years of consulting experience, Andy held a 24 month management appointment in 2013 and 2014 at GSA. Andy is responsible for the company's client delivery, client relations, business development, and consultant development.

Andy graduated summa cum laude from Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He also holds a Master’s of Public Administration (MPA) from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from George Washington University Law School.
