Chelsea is a Managing Director at MSI. She leads initiatives that help federal agencies modernize operations, optimize their workforce, and implement data-driven solutions. She specializes in organizational design, performance mangement, strategic communication and strategic planning. Chelsea has supported executive leaders across government in tackling complex organizational challenges, from rethinking service delivery models to implementing a series a new Administration priorities across agencies. Chelsea graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics, with concentrations in Marketing and Finance.
