David Mader

Executive Advisor

David is an Executive Advisor at MSI. He is responsible for supporting the Executive Director delivering core services to clients such as organization strategy, performance management, automation, process improvement, data analytics, information technology and strategic communications. He brings decades of experience in the field offices as well as national office as a career Internal Revenue Service SES retiring as the Assistant Deputy Commissioner. He also served as the Senate confirmed Controller at the Office of Management and Budget and acting Deputy Director for Management at OMB. He also has been a senior VP at one major consulting firm and Chief Strategy Officer for the civilian sector at another. He is the recipient of both the Distinguished and Meritorious Presidential Rank Awards, the Treasury Secretary ‘s Honor Award and Association of Government Accountants Distinguished Federal Leader Award. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration and former member of the Board of Directors. He is a graduate of Mt St Mary’s College and completed a graduate certificate program at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs of Syracuse University
