Matt is a Managing Director at MSI. He specializes in transforming government through strategy, program management, and evidence-based policymaking. Throughout his career serving a variety of Federal, state, and local clients, he has developed strategic plans for organizations as large as 100,000 people, advised program managers across more than $1B in programs, and oversaw development of the Evidence Act Toolkits.

Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Greensboro College and a Master of Public Administration from the John Glenn College at The Ohio State University. He received a professional certificate in Strategic Management from Georgetown University and is a certified Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Black Belt.
