Nick serves as Chief Delivery Officer at MSI and brings a proven track record of delivering complex, high-visibility initiatives for marquee clients across the Federal Government. He has led and overseen programs focused on artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, API modernization, performance improvement, and enterprise strategy, driving measurable outcomes in secure, mission-critical environments.​

Nick is the creator of MSI’s A³ Delivery Model - API • AI • Acceleration - which is used to deliver scalable, standards-based modernization, performance, and transformation outcomes across federal programs. Nick has supported executive stakeholders across both the Civilian and Defense sectors and currently acts as a senior strategist to the General Services Administration (GSA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and the White House, advising on AI-enabled automation, API-driven platforms, enterprise modernization, performance management, and strategy engagements aligned with federal governance, mission priorities, and security requirements.​

Nick is also an author of the Eliminate, Optimize, Automate (EOA) Playbook, published by GSA, and the Federal Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Playbook, also published by GSA, both of which provide government-wide guidance for improving operations, scaling automation, and modernizing federal service delivery.
