Nick serves as Chief Delivery Officer at MSI and brings a proven track record of delivering complex, high-visibility initiatives for marquee clients across the Federal Government. He has led and overseen programs focused on artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, and API modernization, driving measurable outcomes in secure, mission-critical environments. Nick is the creator of MSI’s A³ Delivery Model (API • AI • Acceleration), which is used to deliver scalable, standards-based modernization outcomes across federal programs. Nick has supported executive stakeholders across both the Civilian and Defense sectors and currently acts as a senior strategist at the General Services Administration (GSA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), advising on AI-enabled automation, API-driven platforms, and enterprise modernization initiatives aligned with federal governance and security requirements.
