Managing Director

Patrick is a Managing Director at MSI. He specializes in leveraging emerging technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), to automate and optimize complex processes. With over a decade of experience, he has established himself as a leader in the industry. Notably, Patrick was among the first Federal employees to earn an advanced certification in RPA (UiPath) while serving as a Budget Analyst for the General Services Administration, leading to the launch of the first Federal RPA factory.

In his role at MSI, Patrick oversees client delivery across multiple accounts, drives business development, and nurtures consultant development, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of technology innovation.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master’s of Public Administration (MPA) from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
