Brandon Bartel is a Managing Director at MSI. He partners with Federal leaders to advance strategy, improve operations, strengthen financial stewardship, and harness data analytics. He specializes in strategic planning, performance improvement, program management, organizational redesign, and enterprise data analytics and modernization. Brandon’s work is rooted in data analytics and financial analysis. He effectively translates complex datasets into practical insights that inform pricing, budgeting, portfolio decisions, and executive reporting. He is recognized for developing clear frameworks, refining processes, and aligning cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. Brandon graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics, with concentrations in Finance and Legal Studies. At Penn, he was a member of the Varsity Men’s Soccer team and served as team captain for 2 years.
